Shipping policy

Processing time 1-3 business days. Orders ship on Mondays & Wednesdays. If you need your order shipped ASAP, you must select express shipping at checkout. 

All products are shipped from Bainbridge, Ga USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US.  If you need your order shipped ASAP, you must select express shipping at checkout. 

 Orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Standard Shipping Time 2-3 business days. You Can come to the store and pick up orders. All you have to do is call store and let them know you want to come pick order @ (229)726-1924

 DORA HAIR FASHION is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Due to the nature of our products and Covid-19, we under no circumstances accept returns or issue refunds. However, if an issue is caused by DORA HAIR FASHION we will gladly assist and rectify the issue.
All sales are final.
